Milk production gains have been large, but surprisingly Cold Storage is showing a draw down of cheese stocks. Butter stocks are ample but not larger than expected. This is because domestic and export sales have been brisk. Mark and Bob discuss the current markets and the outlook for pricres in this 11 minute video.
