The U.S. Department of Agriculture is a branch of government that most of us think we are familiar with. However, the USDA has many departments, divisions and programs and it is quite possible that you may not be familiar with all of them. Mark Stephenson had a chance to sit down with Steven Silverman, Director of the National Appeals Division of USDA, to learn a bit more about this independent division of USDA and what it might do for a producer should the need arise.
